Ricotta Stagionata “A Palla”

Sheep’s milk Ricotta with a typical intense and salty flavor, the Ricotta inside is white and very compact, it can be especially used for grating. Its shape is almost spherical. That is why it is also called “More’s head” Ricotta or Ball Ricotta. The outside surface is smooth and white as the inside.
