A fresh sheep’s milk cheese, ready for tasting after only 20-25 days. It preserves an intense aroma of milk, soft texture, a sweet and refined taste. It is the perfect balance between flavor and freshness. Its distinctive cuboid shape is suitable for slicing or chopping, which makes it suitable to create new formats and new packaging in line with customer requests and new opportunities. The rind is smooth and completely edible, with a soft but firm cream colored interior. Thanks to this special fragrance, this cheese comes as a superb ingredient for sandwiches, salads and pastas or melted on Pizza or oven-baked dishes.
Pasteurized sheep’s milk, animal rennet, natural milk enzymes, salt.
In the refrigerator or in cool place (around 4-6°C/40-43°F).
The whole wheel weighs about 15kg/33lb; it is 10cm/4inches high,
30cm/12inches wide and 50cm/20inches long.
