Pastore del Tirso
An intense aroma and flavorful taste; its fragrance reminds the typical pastures of the Tirso Valley where the milk comes from to produce it. It has smooth rind, dark-brown in color. The cheese inside is soft and firm, pale-yellow in color.
Pasteurized sheep’s milk, veal rennet, milk enzymes, salt.
In the refrigerator or in cool place (around 4-6°C/40-43°F).
