Gran pecorino Gran Riserva
After years of careful research and experimentation comes Pecorino cheese subjected to a long specific ageing process (18 months minimum), with a strong flavor, but not too salty, slightly spicy with a distinctive delicious fragrance. A real GRAND CRU’ produced with sheep’s milk from the finest Sardinian pastures. The texture inside is hard and compact, enhanced by the presence of “crystals” typically found in cheese with a very long maturation. It is straw-yellow in color and a crumbly cheese, it crumbles when cut. The rind is smooth and light brown in color.
