INGREDIENTS (serves 4):

400g/14oz spaghetti
100g/3.5oz Pecorino with black pepper
Salt
Whole pepper corns

DIRECTIONS
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. Drain when “al dente” and dress with some of the cooking water, the shaved and grated Pecorino with black pepper and a few pepper corns. Serve hot.stampa
