Potato Gnocchi with Medoro Cheese



INGREDIENTS (serves 4):

400g/14oz potato gnocchi, precooked in salted water
200g/7oz ripe tomatoes, cubed
1 tablespoon of julienned basil
1 clove of garlic, chopped
150g/5oz Medoro cheese, cubed
5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Place the tomatoes and garlic in a skillet with the extra virgin olive oil and cook for three minutes. Add the precooked gnocchi, toss and cook with the Medoro cheese and the basil until creamy.stampa
