Fava Bean Salad with Fiore Sardo Cheese
INGREDIENTS (serves 4):
2 cups of fresh fava beans
200g/7oz Fiore Sardo cheese
8 tablespoons of oil
Remove the skins from the fava beans and chop the Fiore Sardo into cubes. Place the ingredients in a salad bowl and dress with oil, salt and a pinch of pepper. Leave to rest for a few minutes before serving.
