Endives with Medoro Cheese



INGREDIENTS (serves 4):

3 heads of Belgian endive
2 tablespoons of shelled pine nuts
3 tablespoons of olive oil
150g/5oz Medoro cheese, grated
Half a glass of white wine
Salt to taste

Clean the Belgian endives and slice into quarters. Place in a skillet, add the oil and salt and cook for a few minutes. Simmer in the white wine, sprinkle the endives with Medoro cheese, then cook for a few seconds until the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.stampa
