Asparagus with Capretto Cheese



INGREDIENTS (serves 4):

200g/7oz asparagus
100g/3.5oz Capretto cheese sliced into 0.5 cm/0.19in thick slices
50g/1.8oz breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Wash the asparagus, removing the hardest parts of the stem, and arrange on a baking pan. Add the oil, salt and breadcrumbs and bake for 12-15 minutes. Arrange the slices of Capretto cheese over the asparagus and return to the oven for 1 minute before dishing up and serving.stampa
