Pasta with Capretto Cheese

INGREDIENTS (serves 4):

400g/14oz Sardinian gnocchi or penne pasta
150g/5oz of Capretto cheese, cubed
2 zucchini, julienned
5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
100g/3.5oz tomatoes, cut into small slices
5 leaves of basil, julienned
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS
Clean, chop and cook the zucchini, then add the oil, salt and finally the sliced tomatoes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain and then toss with the zucchini and tomatoes, adding the Capretto cheese and the basil.stampa
